Refund Policy

Tropical Swims is pleased to offer returns for a refund on all products purchased online, within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be granted once approved by a customer service representative. A gift/money card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense. Tropical Swims does not issue refunds on the original shipping charges.
 

To ensure you meet our criteria for a return for a refund please read through the policy carefully.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with the tags and sanitary seals still attached
  • Merchandise will be reviewed for stains, odors and signs of washing
  • We do not offer returns on merchandise that was purchased at a discount of 50% or over
  • We do not offer returns on merchandise purchased from our clearance or free collection – no exceptions
  • We do not offer returns on jewelry or sunglasses
  • We do not offer returns on free gifts or promotional products


Start your return:

  1. Email customer service support@tropicalswims.com please include your order number and reason for return. Include a photo if necessary
  2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice
  3. Ship your package to the address provided by our Customer Service team (We strongly recommended shipping the return parcel with tracking as Tropical Swims is not responsible for lost packages)
  4. Take your refund when the package is received and reviewed

 
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Return Department to process your return once delivered. If your return is approved the refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. It can take 3-5 business days to be posted onto your statement depending on the banking institution.
 
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Service team at support@tropicalswims.com along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
