When will my order be shipped?

All swimwear, flip flops and fanny packs are shipped after they have been created which normally takes 5 business days, so please add this number to the shipping estimate below:

• 7-10 business days for deliveries outside EU/USA.
• 3-5 business days for EU/USA deliveries.

Other products ships directly after ordering and takes on average:

• 10-20 days for USA
• 15-25 days for Canada
• 10-30 days for all other countries

Please keep in mind that these estimates does not include order processing which normally takes 1-3 business days.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out.

What's the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?

Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the Tropical Swims system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.

Who pays for international import duties and taxes?

 Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Tropical Swims has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
